Wonderful Doubles to a $5 Billion Valuation in Six Months

Wonderful, an Israeli-Dutch startup that builds software to coordinate AI agents inside large organizations, has raised 550 million dollars in a Series C round that values it at 5 billion dollars. Insight Partners led the round, with Salesforce, Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners also taking part. The number that catches the eye is the pace: the company was worth 2 billion dollars just six months ago, so this round more than doubles its valuation in half a year.

The company calls its product an AI operating system. In practice that means a shared layer sitting on top of an enterprise's existing tools, coordinating agents, workflows, AI-native applications, integrations and what Wonderful describes as governed execution, so that automated systems can act inside a business without going off the rails. It is a bet that the hard part of enterprise AI is no longer the model itself but the plumbing around it, the orchestration and guardrails that decide whether an agent can be trusted to touch real systems.

Fast money, faster growth

Founded in early 2025, Wonderful has now raised more than 800 million dollars in total and employs about 650 people. Since its Series B in March it says it has expanded into more than 35 markets. The new funding will go toward product development and building out the deployment teams that install and tune the system for individual customers, which is often where enterprise AI projects live or die.

The round fits a run of outsized valuations for companies selling the connective tissue of corporate AI rather than the models underneath. In recent weeks the coding-agent company Cognition raised at a 47 billion dollar valuation and the sales-data platform Clay reached 7 billion dollars. Investors are clearly convinced that whoever owns the orchestration layer inside the enterprise owns something durable. The open question, and it is the one that hangs over every round at these multiples, is how many of the deployments behind them are actually running in production yet.
